Phone Support

Any comprehensive support model is built around a basic communications model. Our customers are able to contact our support staff via phone (571-333-2725, option 2) or via the web at support.keepertech.com. Our skilled support engineers will triage your situation with a return-to-service goal always in their view.

Web Support

If your system is accessible via the internet, Keeper Technology support engineers can access your systems via internet applications (ssh or desktop sharing) to directly access your enironment to diagnose your situation.

On-Site Support

Many of our customers require our highest level of support services - on-site support. With this option in place, our engineers with first triage your situation over the phone. If we determine that the situation demands that an engineer's presence on site is needed, we will quickly dispatch an engineer to work with your team on-site to re-estabilsh system operations.
