These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SMS messaging service (“Service”) provided by Keeper Technology. By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Keeper Technology’s SMS service provides subscribers with:

  • System alerts and service notifications
  • Security updates
  • Product updates and support communications

Messages are sent to the mobile number you provided during opt-in.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary based on your interaction with our services and system activity. You may receive multiple messages per month.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier for details on your plan and charges.

4. Opt-In

By entering into a support contract with Keeper Technology at the time of product purchase, you acknowledge and agree to opt in to Keeper Technology’s SMS messaging service. As part of this process, we collect the following information to enable SMS communications:
  • Point of Contact (POC) Name
  • Email Address
  • SMS-enabled Phone Number
This information is used solely to deliver relevant text messages related to:
  • System alerts and service notifications
  • Security updates and maintenance schedules
  • Product updates and support communications
Messages frequency will be limited to once per incident, alert, or update and be maximum of 25 per day total.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is obtained through the support contract and is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by following the instructions provided in each message, by contacting Keeper Technology support or replying STOP to any Keeper Technology SMS.

5. Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Keeper Technology SMS. You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent to that number unless you opt in again by replying START.
